If you have had your wound for over a month and it has not changed in size, then you should consider getting a referral from your physician to our Wound Care Center.

We are contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ compensation, CIGNA, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Please bring your current insurance card and a photo ID to your first appointment. We can email your intake forms in advance, or you may arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in person.

The paperwork you fill out prior to the evaluation ensures your medical records are accessible whenever you need them. A verbal request is all we need after the paperwork is completed.

Your first appointment is typically between 30-45 minutes (if paperwork is filled out prior to arrival) while follow up appointments are between 15-25 minutes.

We offer both insurance and cash-pay options. Insurance rates will vary depending on your coverage and insurance carrier. Our cash-pay rate ranges from $185-$225 per visit, depending on treatment needed. Our goal is to ensure you get the care you need, so if you are unsure which option is best for you, please talk with Katelyn at our front desk.

Please take the location of your ulcer/wound into consideration before arriving to your appointment. We will need to see your wound so make sure your attire ensures the ulcer is easily accessible.

We often address lymphedema and venous insufficiency in addition to skilled wound care. We typically do not provide more “traditional” physical therapy but because we are therapists by degree, you may find that we have suggestions for helping your gait or new ways to move that also help your healing.

Absolutely! Workers’ compensation is within our insurance network.
